Return and Withdrawal Policy

If you purchase as a consumer (i.e., as a natural person acting for purposes outside of their professional or business activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without having to provide any reason.

The withdrawal period ends after 14 days:

• 
  from the date on which you or a third party, other than the courier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods;
  
• 
  in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day you acquire physical possession of the last good.
  

Operating mode

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may, but are not obligated to, use the standard withdrawal form attached to this policy.

Effects of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal:

• 
  we will refund all payments you have made, including standard delivery charges (not additional charges resulting from a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered);
  
• 
  the refund will be made within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw;
  
• 
  we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed;
  
• 
  The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence of having sent them back.
  

Return of goods

• 
  You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.
  
• 
  You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise specified.
  
• 
  You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• 
  goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
  
• 
  goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  
• 
  sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery;
  
• 
  digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your express consent and you agree to lose your right of withdrawal.
